What customers say?

“ Visiting for the first time. Popped in to have a latte. Had veggie samosa as well- bit bland, but very tasty- some chilli ketchup up would have been nice to go along. Very good service. ”

- Dr Edavalath Mahamood -

“ Popped in for a coffee with my partner and two young children. Whilst there my eyes were captured by a Samosa whilst my partner had a sandwich and child had a cake. The coffee was very pleasant and the food was of good quality. The staff were friendly and approachable and the premises was clean and tidy and was a nice chilled out atmosphere with the addition of aircon. ”

- Ryan Frank -

“ We hosted our wedding reception at Fred's and quite honestly the whole team could not have done enough for us. That's a phrase that gets overused, but in this case it really was true. Fred's were incredibly flexible in making sure the space was just how we wanted it (and gave us some great suggestions and ideas), allowing us to decorate how we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed in terms of music, speakers, lights, etc. The food they provided was beautifully prepared, delicious and presented wonderfully. They catered for some of our guests with requirements ranging from vegan to Coeliac disease without a moment's hesitation. We had around 50 people celebrating with us and it was just perfect from start to finish. I can honestly say that "Fred's" became an integral part of our planning and the wedding as a whole. We stayed upstairs in the hotel rooms (Upstairs at 33) and these were also a wonderful experience and a great place to get ready (and collapse afterwards!!) As well as being the perfect venue for any celebration, they're also a top-notch cafe as well (with probably one of the nicest espresso in Worcester!) ”

“ Amazing bacon bap and greats drinks, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great ”

- Jasmine Taylor -

“ Absolutely lovely place, venue, staff, food, drinks & service brilliant. My daughter had her baby shower here, I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much ”

“ A brilliant brunch spot that's dog friendly and has a really calm vibe. Close to the Racecourse and a short walk into town. ”

- Nicki Merrett -

“ Brilliant chilled atmosphere, had the full English and a breakfast bowl which I would definitely recommend. Food was top notch, will be back again ”

- Louis Wytcherley -

“ Nice atmosphere, somewhere to sit outside (not a common thing in the city). Disappointed by the menu though - just bacon or sausage sandwiches, or granola. I'm sure they used to do a full English? No butter on my bacon sandwich either. Coffee is good. Water station much appreciated. ”
